The README content appears to be empty in your message. Let me fetch the README from the HuggingFace model page. The HuggingFace page shows that README.md exists but content is empty for this model (TonyLee1256/texteller_det). There is no README content to translate.

Would you like me to:

1. Check if there's a README in the raw file view?
2. Translate a different model's README?
3. Provide the README content you'd like translated?
