ANPR Models for License Plate Recognition

These models are used in a FastAPI pipeline deployed to Render.

en_ppocrv5_mobile_rec_clean.onnx: OCR model from PaddleOCR.
ppocr_keys_v1.txt: Charset used by the OCR model.
rtm_end2end.onnx: Vehicle detection model.

📦 Based on PaddleOCR (Apache 2.0).
